Change the case of cell contents

Sometimes you have the data of 1000 of customers but the customer names are all fill as lower case and sentence case. Now you can Proper case cell contents with =Proper() formula or Upper case with =Upper() formula and Lower case with =Lower() formula.

Steps:

1. Select a cell where you want result
2. Type =Upper() and mention the cell value to in bracket
3. you got the result

Enters the current date in the right format

Steps:
1. Click in any cell
2. Press Ctrl +;

There is not any difference between Ctrl +; and =Today() formula?
